While Energy WorkSite doesn't have as many features as Metrix 4 or Energy Cap, it is by far the easiest to use.  Energy WorkSite is the most flexible energy accounting software package available, because it uses the internet for all utility bill management, which makes the collaboration of all individuals on a project a simple task.  If you're looking for online-only software that is fully-functional, Energy WorkSite is unquestionably the way to go.  If you're not looking for utility management, but instead just energy project management, then GRES would probably be the way to go.
